What this website does not do

• It sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser (not even local storage).
• It has no analytics, no advertising and no third-party scripts, fonts or embeds.
• It does not track you across pages or sites.

The waitlist: what we store

If you join the waitlist, we first send one confirmation email to your address (double opt-in). Your sign-up reaches us only after you click the link in it, and then we receive exactly this, and nothing else:

• your email address (trimmed and lowercased),
• the date and time you joined,
• the language of the page you used (for example en or cs),
• which form you used (top of the page or the end of the page),
• that you agreed, and the version of the consent text you saw.

If you never click the link, we do not keep your address: the confirmation link holds it in signed form for 7 days and then simply stops working. There is no database: the list is the set of confirmed sign-ups in our mailbox. We do not store your IP address or your browser details.

Why, and on what basis

• Purpose: to send you the confirmation email, and then to email you once when Pannly is ready to try. We do not send newsletters or anything else, and we never sell or share the list.
• Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), given by pressing the button next to the consent text. You can withdraw it at any time.

How long

Until the launch email is sent, then deleted within 12 months at the latest, or earlier if you ask. Deleting your address means deleting that email from our mailbox. [proposal – confirm at legal review]

Who processes it, and where

Two services handle the sign-up and the emails on our behalf, as processors: Vercel (hosting, and the function that receives the form) and Resend (delivery of the emails). Neither uses your address for its own purposes. Spam protection

To limit abuse we keep a salted, one-way hash of your IP address for at most 10 minutes. The salt changes every day. It cannot be turned back into your address and is not linked to your email.

Your rights

• Access: you can ask what data we hold about you.
• Correction: you can ask us to fix wrong data.
• Deletion: you can ask us to delete your address.
• Withdraw consent: at any time, for the future.
• Object: you can object to the processing.
• Complain: you can contact the data protection authority in your country (in Czechia: the Office for Personal Data Protection, uoou.gov.cz).

The Pannly app

The app is not released. It is planned to make no network calls except the licence check, updates and a one-time download of the transcription model after you agree; the full statement ships with the app.
